Welcome to Bell Trading App. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Bell Trading App ("Bell," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our mobile application, web application, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without notice.

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information

• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate

• Keep your password secure and confidential

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

Bell offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans may include:

• SMS and voice call alert capabilities

5.2 Billing and Renewal

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically until you cancel. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of price changes, and changes will apply to subsequent billing periods after notice is given.

You agree not to use our Services to:

Alert delivery may be delayed or fail due to factors including but not limited to: network conditions, carrier delays, device settings, or technical issues. We are not liable for missed, delayed, or failed alerts.

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and data compilations, are the exclusive property of Bell or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not permit:

• Copying, modifying, or distributing our content

• Commercial use of our Services or content

• Creating derivative works based on our Services

• Removing copyright or proprietary notices

"Bell," "Bell Trading App," and our logos are trademarks of Bell Trading App. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BELL AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• ANY INVESTMENT LOSSES, TRADING LOSSES, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES resulting from your use of our Services

• MISSED, DELAYED, OR FAILED ALERTS or notifications

• INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, OR OUTDATED INFORMATION provided through our Services

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data

• SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, DOWNTIME, OR TECHNICAL ISSUES

• THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, SERVICES, OR ACTIONS

• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT OR DATA

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bell and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of our Services

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any rights of another party

• Your investment or trading decisions

• Any content you submit or transmit through our Services

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT

• WARRANTIES REGARDING ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY

• WARRANTIES THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE

• WARRANTIES REGARDING DATA ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS

13.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

13.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms

• Fraudulent or illegal activity

• Non-payment of subscription fees

• Abuse of our Services or systems

• Extended period of account inactivity

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use our Services will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data, though some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to warranties, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@belltradingapp.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith within 30 days.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.

16.6 No Agency

Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Bell.
